Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Merrily, a customer intelligence platform provided by TariffLens, Inc. By accessing Merrily, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

The service

Merrily connects to business tools you authorize, reads the customer signals within them, and produces account health scores and related analysis. We provide the service on a subscription basis and may improve or change features over time.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• Connect only sources you are authorized to connect, and ensure you have the rights and any required consents to do so.
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and your own obligations to your customers.

Data ownership

As between you and us, you retain all rights to your connected source data. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that data to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your customer data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no reverse engineering, no attempts to disrupt or probe the infrastructure, and no use of the platform to violate the privacy or rights of others. We may suspend access where use threatens the security or integrity of the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice of material pricing changes before they take effect for your account.

Warranties and liability

Merrily surfaces signals to support human judgment; it does not replace it. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect your sources at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. On termination, the data provisions of our Privacy Policy govern deletion.
